EUROPEAN SOCIAL DIALOGUE AND TRANSNATIONAL REORGANIZATION

Dear Sir, Dear Madam,

since 1985 „Europe and Society“ offers a forum for reflexion and suggestions to the different economic and social actors in Europe. Through the organization of debates, working groups and conferences we try to develop a better dialogue between the European enterprises, European society and the European Institutions. In fact, mutual comprehesion will be an essential element for further construction.

„Europe and Society“, with the support of the European Commission, organizes on 23-24 April 2007 a conference on following subject:

“EUROPEAN SOCIAL DIALOGUE AND TRANSNATIONAL REORGANIZATION / UNDER WHICH CONDITIONS CAN THE SOCIAL PARTNERS BECOME ACTORS OF CHANGING?”

During 2 days, we will try to analyze the importance of restructuring and reorganization in Europe und the different approaches in European enterprises and professional sectors. Furthermore we want to find out, if there is a real social dialogue between both, economic and social actors, during the process of restructuring.

Participants will come from different sectors, companies and countries.
