On 27, 28 & 29 April 2005, the Luxembourg Antenna of the European Institute of Public Administration – the European Centre for Judges and Lawyers – is organizing a seminar on:
Strengthening Justice, Freedom and Security: What does this mean for Europe
The objective of this seminar is to give the participants an understanding of the current regime within the EU with respect to Justice, Freedom and Security, why and how that regime was developed, and what can be expected in the future. Designed to provide a forum in which the issues can be addressed by way of presentations and discussion among the experts as well as the participants, who are all encouraged to share their experiences and perspectives, this seminar is addressed to civil servants, legal professionals within the public and private sector, judicial professionals, persons working on issues of European law, academics, and others who are active, or interested, in EU legal issues, particularly those related to ‘justice’. PA would be honoured to count you among the participants. The registration fee amounts to 850 Euro including documentation, beverages, 2 lunches and a dinner. The working languages of the seminar will be French and English, with simultaneous interpretation between the two languages provided.
