19.11.2004 toimub Dublini Fondi Brüsseli kontoris ühepäevane seminar "Wages and managerial polices: Are wage systems supporting business strategies and quality of work?"
The aim of the seminar is to - Publish research findings of the project 0261 and demonstrate ongoing research on the area of wages. - Evoke discussion about the role of wages in work organisation and wages in relation to quality of working life. - Introduce discussion among social partners, how possibly develop wage policy. - Introduce discussion among companies how to build wage related strategies in order to enhance productivity and quality of working life.
The speakers are mainly from research consortium. Commentators are representing science and social partners. Audience is around 25 and "four partite": Governments, employees, employers and research.
