Osalejate reisi- ja majutuskulud kaetakse Dublini Fondi poolt. Euroopa tööandjate organisatsioon UNICE nimetas seminarile kolm tööandjate poolset esindajat. Tööandjate poolsete esindajate kandidaadid esitati ka Eesti Tööandjate Keskliidust, kuid Eesti tööandjate esindajaid kolmeliikmelisse delegatsiooni ei valitud.
