Väliskonverents sotsiaaldialoog eraettevõtetes

7.-9. oktoobril 2004 toimus Albenas, Bulgaarias

Sotsiaaldialoogi projekti "Strengthening the Social Dialogue in the EU accession countries" raames regionaalne konverents "Social dialogue in individual enterprises"

Konverentsil keskendutakse tööandjate ja töötajate vaheliste konfliktide juhtimisele ja lahendamisele. Sotsiaaldialoogi projekti raames eelnevalt vahendatud ettevõtjate kogemused viitavad suundumusele, et ettevõtted on orienteeritud individuaalsete regulatsioonide kasutamisele. Ettevõttekesksed regulatsioonid võimaldavad arvestada igale ettevõttele omaste konfliktsituatsioonidega. Individuaalsed läbirääkimised aga vajavad kogenud eksperte mõlemal poolel. Töötajate esindajad peavad olema suutelised seisma töötajate õiguste eest ka ilma ametiühingu poolse sekkumiseta.

Konverentsi eesmärgid:

1. tuua välja individuaalsete palgaläbirääkimiste ohud ja võimalused;
2. tuvastada individuaalsete ettevõtete nõudmised eelnimetatud läbirääkimiste kasutuselevõtul;
3. selgitada töönõukogude mõistet ja tähendust ettevõttesiseste läbirääkimiste võtmes;
4. määratleda tööandjate keskliitude ülesanded ettevõtete toetamiseks selles valdkonnas;
5. määratleda tööandjate keskliitude roll palgaläbirääkimistel.
