17. juunil 2004 korraldavas Sloveenia tööandjad konverentsi "International Conference on Salary Policy as a Core of the Social Dialogue"
Üritus toimub BOSMIP projekti raames ning eesmärgiks on võetud tööandjate teadmiste tugevdamine palgamudelite ja tööjõu kalliduse vallas. Soovitakse diskuteerida Euroopa tööturu tuleviku üle ning leida vastus ametiühingute palgatõusu nõudmistle.
More specifically, the conference should be useful in terms of:
a) examining the current situation on Salary Policy in Slovenia;
b) analyzing different forms of salary models (who defines them, how are they formed,), salary structure (primary salary, stimulation, the level of contributions and taxation etc. …), minimum salary structure, tariff negotiations, escalation of salaries;
c) clarifying the connection between Salaries on Company level and Branch level and State level;
d) opening up a debate on connection between salary systems and social dialogue.
