Kokkuvõte: Euroopa Liidu projektide rahastamise võimalused sotsiaalpartneritele

1. juunil 2004 toimus Brüsselis UNICE poolt Euroopa Liidu uute liikmesriikide sotsiaalpartneritele infoseminar teemal EL projektide rahastamise võimalused. ETTKst osales koolitusjuht Kristi-Jette Remi.

Alljärgnevalt kokkuvõtlikult erinevatest eelarveridadest ja fondidest:

I. Sotsiaaldialoogi propageerimise fondid


1. Industrial relations and social dialogue (eelarve rida 04 03 03 01)

Alaprogrammid:

1.1. Support for European Social Dialogue (programmi jaoks reserveeritud 50% eelarvest)

1.2. Promoting the financial participation of workers

1.3. Improving expertise in industrial relations

1.4. Corporate Social Responsibility & fundamental social rights

Nõudmised projektile

  • Temaatika: EL eesmärkide propageerimine
  • Kestvus max 12 kuud
  • 2003. a. keskmine finantseering € 120 000 / 80%
  • NB! Transnationality: partnered soovitatavalt EL liikmesriikidest.

Taotlemise tähtaeg: 1. September 2004 (projektid, mis algavad 1.nov – 22. dets 2004)Otsustamine võtab aega 2-3 kuud. -> Arvestada sellega projekti alguse planeerimisel.

2. Information, consultation and participation of representatives of undertakings (04 03 03 03)

€ 7 000 000 (sügisese taotlusvooru jaoks 3-3,5 M eurot)

  • Supporting transnational co-operation to promote employee involvement at level of undertaking "company-level social dialogue"
  • Supporting Community acquis on employee involvement

Prioriteedid 2004:

2.1. preparing for employee involvement in the European Company and the European Co-operative Society

2.2. ensuring correct information and consultation of employees at, and between, all levels (national and European)

2.3. promoting equal opportunities and a better balance between men and women

2.4. strengthening employee involvement in companies operating in more than one Member State and the candidate counties

2.5. innovative measures relating to employee involvement and the anticipation of change and the prevention of disputes in restructuring situations

2.6. promoting corporate social responsibility agreements between worker and employer representatives within multinational companies

  • 2003.a keskmiselt € 70 000 per projekt
  • Taotleja peab olema tööandjaid ja/või töötajaid esindav organisatsioon

Kestus - Projektid 3 aastased. Koos projektitatlusega esitatakse projekti 3-5 kuuline partnerluse tugevdamise faasi taotlus s.t. finantseeritakse projekti käivitamist, kuid mitte ettevalmistamist.

  • capacity building – reinforcement of social dialogue structures
  • restructuring related actions
  • life-ling learning – adaptability training for entrepreneurs
